What is Kosher?
The word kosher is an adaptation of the Hebrew word meaning “fit” or “proper.”
It refers to foodstuffs that meet the dietary requirements of Jewish Law.

Applying for Kosher Certification is easy:
1Fill the Form: complete our online application form and return it by fax or by email.
2Assign a Rabbi: a Rabbi will be assigned to handle your application. This Rabbi will guide you through the certification process.
3Plant Inspection: a Rabbi will visit your plant to observe your operation and the feasibility of certifying your products.
4Inspection Review: upon review, a Rabbi will advise you whether or not the SKS can grant certification.
5The Contract: SKS will draft a contract which includes all of requirements of the SKS for kosher certification.
6Submission of Labels: you may then submit your new product labels carrying the SKS symbol for our final approval.
